Springvale District Court has two prosecutors assigned to handle the adult matters and one prosecutor assigned to handle the juvenile matters that arise in this court. The office is also staffed by a victim witness advocate who works with all victims of crimes brought to the court.  The following departments are assigned to this court: Berwick, North Berwick, the Maine State Police, Sanford, and York County Sheriff’s Office.
